Corporate Circle Facilitator Certification (two day)

If you would like to become a Corporate Circle facilitator you will learn all you need in this two-day seminar. You will receive a complete package to use when facilitating circles including scripts and forms.

Course Outline

Would you like to learn a new way to resolve disputes? Do you have experience with mediation and other conflict resolution techniques but are looking for a more profound and long lasting solution?

Traditional methods of resolving disputes often fail. This is because most of the conflict that arises in the workplace involves many people and many issues. The key to resolving workplace conflict is to understand how each person contributes to the conflict and to create a safe place where each person can share their perception of the conflict. This happens in a Corporate Circle.

In this workshop, you will learn about a new technique for transforming, not just resolving, workplace conflict: Corporate Circles. Unlike other conflict resolution methods, a Corporate Circle gets to the real root of the problem, quickly. In just a matter of hours, even the most dysfunctional group will be able to share opinions and perspectives and move past negative feelings - so they can move forward.

Mentor Circle Facilitator Certification (two day)

If you would like to set up and conduct Mentor Circles you will learn all you need in this two day seminar. You will receive a complete training package so you can educate others about Circles and be able to facilitate your own Circles.

Course Outline

In this day of rampant individualism, more and more people are turning to informal groups - or Circles to solve problems and share experiences. And those who do so tell of the positive results - from creating a safe place to seek advice to providing support and celebrating successes. Research shows that a group of like-minded achievement-oriented individuals could dramatically leverage each others success. Whether inside our outside a corporation, Circles are a new and unique way to create and sustain a powerful group.

Participants will learn all about Mentor Circles so they can educate others and will learn how to facilitate Mentor Circles. You will learn about:

what a Circle is and how it works
the Circle Principles, Practices and Process
how to select members
how to maintain a Circle
how to deal with problems
the skills to be a Circle Guide

At the end of this course you should be able to set up and facilitate your own Mentor Circles.

Circle Meeting Facilitator Certification (two day)

If you would like to set up and conduct Circle Meetings you will learn all you need in this two day seminar. You will receive a complete training package so you can educate others about Circle Meetings and be able to facilitate your own Circles.

Course Outline

Are you tired of ineffective meetings? Do you sit through meetings and wonder why they were held or sat through discussions that never seem to go any where? Even if you do the "right" thing and have a meeting purpose, have an agenda and stick to time limits many meetings are still unproductive. Why? Because most of us don't communicate what we really think and feel as we do not feel safe enough to be candid. By using a Circle Meeting with its core principles and straight-forward process you can improve any meeting - from boardrooms to offices - with an authentic conversation.

In this seminar you will learn how to facilitate a Circle Meeting and specifically:

why meetings work and don't work
how to shift a square meeting to a round meeting
the Circle principles and practices
the step-by-step process of a Circle Meeting
the role of the Circle Guide

At the end of this course you should be able to set up and facilitate your own Circle Meetings.

Mission Possible Trainer Certification (two day)

If you would like to train others on how to create their own vision, mission and goals for work and life you will learn all you need in this two-day seminar. You will receive a complete training package to use in your seminars including a PowerPoint presentation.

Course Outline

Do you live and work with a sense of purpose, passion and energy? Do you have a direction that is inspiring and energizing? People with a mission achieve more success by aligning their uniqueness and passion with their work. They enjoy what they do and feel that what they do is meaningful. With abundant energy and a strong sense of purpose and direction, they know exactly where they are going and how to get there. In this seminar you will be introduced to a unique process for creating your own mission for life and work.

In this seminar you will learn how to teach others to:

create a personal vision
identify their particular uniqueness
develop their own mission statement
select goals and strategies for fulfilling their mission
implement their mission and overcome obstacles

Your participants will walk away with a concrete action plan, including strategies to bring about their mission.

At the end of this course you should be able to train others on Mission Possible.
