Our Circle Processes
We created three unique circle processes for three specific
uses:
- Corporate Circles
We transform conflict and build trusting teams by facilitating
Corporate Circles.
- Mentor Circles
We create peer groups or personal advisory boards called
Mentor Circles.
- Circle Meetings
We make meetings more effective through the Circle Meeting
process.
Mediation
We mediate disputes between two or more individuals. Is
an employee upset or threatening litigation? Do you need
someone to help your group work better together or come
to a decision? Mediation is a powerful yet easy solution.
As independent neutrals, we help individuals resolve their
disputes and come to an agreement on how to move forward.

Investigations
We investigate situations of bullying, abuse of power and
harassment. Has someone complained about harassment or unfair
treatment? An investigation or fact finding can get to the
root of the problem. We interview those involved and prepare
a confidential report that provides the information you
need to be able to deal with the situation quickly and appropriately.

Conflict Coaching
We provide conflict coaching. Do you have a problem with
an employee, a colleague, or a partner? Do you feel that
your relationship is deteriorating or you can't seem to
see eye to eye? We can help you figure out what is really
happening and coach you and others in resolving the situation
