Executive Circles™
Retain top talent and build organizational capacity
Executive Circles are one of the most powerful organizational modes available. They are the secret to retaining talent, accessing expertise, connecting people and building organizational capacity.
Made up of about six individuals, these groups are designed to help each person set clear goals, work through difficulties and stay on track. Each Circle meets once a month for about three hours under the guidance of a certified Circle facilitator to share experiences, provide wise advice and support each other in addressing challenges. As a result, individuals solve day-to-day problems, achieve goals, develop transferable skills, and continuously learn.
Executive Circles are for those organizations who wish to sustain and enhance knowledge by creating communities of practice and cross-organizational social learning networks.
How Executive Circles work
Executive Circles are structured discussion groups with clear ground rules and a set agenda. At every meeting each member presents a professional challenge and asks for specific feedback. These challenges are discussed and each person concludes their discussion by agreeing to take certain action before the next session.
Circle members are matched on the basis of similar professional experiences and interests. Ongoing coaching and education is provided. This unique process is based on two books: One Circle-Tapping the Power of Those Who Know you Best and Mission Possible-Creating a Mission for Work and Life, both by Maureen Fitzgerald, PhD, a seasoned lawyer and Circle expert.

Executive Leaders Circles
This circle is for corporate managers and executives (men and women) who want to be effective leaders and better decision makers. Discussion topics include:

- Motivating employees
- Fostering workplace accountability

- Balancing work and personal life
Women Leaders Circles
This circle is for women leaders inside organizations who want to achieve both success and balance while advancing their careers. Discussion topics include:
- Delegating and empowering others

- Balancing mind, body and soul
Opti-Mom Circles
This circle is for working moms who are navigating parenthood and elder care while trying to achieve life balance. Discussion topics include:
- Developing resilience
- Reducing stress
- Developing a career strategy
- Taking care of elders
- Teens and discipline
Individual Programs
