Her recent roles include acting as adjudicator, private arbitrator and mediator. Her expertise is in the areas of mediation, fact-finding, negotiation and adjudication. Through her varied clientele, Dale has been exposed to a wide variety of workplace issues including their negative impact and the challenges in achieving effective solutions. Maureen Fitzgerald, PhD is a lawyer and the founder and president of CenterPoint.
She has over 20 years experience as a lawyer, consultant and facilitator. Maureen
has a law degree and a masters degree in law from the London School of Economics,
specializing in alternative dispute resolution. She taught law at two universities
and has a commerce degree with distinction.
Dale Hewat is a lawyer, arbitrator and mediator with over 15 years of experience in labour and employment relations. She is a former Vice Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
